FAQWhat do I need to bring?
- Necessary: Glove, cleats, tennis shoes or turf shoes, bat, helmet, sunscreen, water bottle
- Preference: Visor/hat, knee pad, fielding/pitching mask, snacks
- Catchers need to bring their own gear
- We will provide water, but we ask that you bring your own water bottle
Will my 9 year old be playing with a 16 year old?
No. Everyone will be broken up by age and skill level. All attempts will be made to keep groups/teams together.
How will you communicate information to me? What if it rains?
In the event of rain we will move to an indoor facility on campus. If for any reason we need to cancel or change camp, we will email you at the email address you provide during registration.
Please be sure the email you register with is current and accurate. Email is our main form of communication so please check your email regularly. Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer, including directions to the field and check-in information, will be passed to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you signed up for camp.
Do you accept walk-ups?
Yes, we will try to accommodate your daughter. However, if we reach full capacity it’s possible we might not be able to accept your daughter. We recommend that you register early to secure a spot. There are a limited number of spaces in every camp & clinic.
Do you offer group discounts?
We do not currently provide group discounts.
How can I pay my balance?
To pay your balance, sign on to your Active.com account here: https://campsself.active.com/StanfordSoftball

In case of an emergency, how can I reach my daughter during camp?
In case of emergency, you can reach our camp coordinator at (661) 364-3960.
Cancellation policy is as follows:
- Must be requested via email at email@example.com
- Cancellation requests will be honored, less a $50 administrative fee, up to two weeks in advance of camp start date.
- Within two weeks of camp, no refunds will be given for any situation. Camp cost may be transferred to a future camp of your choosing, less a $50 administrative fee.

When does camp begin and end?
For our Elite camps, day 1 will begin at 9 am and end at 6 pm (lunch provided). Day 2 will begin at 8 am and end at 1 pm. For our All-Skills camp, each day will begin at 9 am and end at 3 pm (lunch provided each day). For all camps, check in will begin 30 minutes prior to the start of camp.
Both San Jose and San Francisco airport are within 30 minutes. Oakland airport is 45 minutes away.
