Camp Check-In

Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to the start of camp.

Camp Waiver Information
A camp liability waiver must be on file for each camper, and a waiver must be turned in for each individual camp session.

Health Care and Insurance
Each camper must provide her own medical insurance. Parents or guardians will be billed for any medical care given at hospital facilities. Members of the Athletic Training staff are on duty to tend to minor injuries or illness. Trainers can hold prescription medication or aspirin/ibuprofen, but are NOT responsible for administering it. In the case of injury or illness, the parents will be contacted immediately, so please be sure to list your cell phone numbers, as well as the cell phone number of an emergency contact other than the parents. In the case that emergency treatment is required, campers will be treated in Stanford Health Care facilities.

Registration and Cancellations

Camp is non-refundable.

Parking Information
Parking near Stanford athletic facilities is monitored Monday through Friday 6am to 4pm. You will be able to park in the commuter parking lot on the weekends free of charge (unless otherwise posted). There is also a dirt lot near the athletic facilities where families can park for camp. More detailed directions for parking will be provided as the camp dates near.

This is not an overnight camp. Players traveling from out of town will be responsible for securing their own hotel accommodations.
